Our Rates
Our summer season spans from June 1st. to the end of September and our winter season extends from November 2st to the end of April. We offer shoulder season rates for bookings in May and October. Please note winter prices are reduced due to cabins being dry (no running water).
We have a two night minimum for booking reservations.
Please expect a 3% bed tax plus processing fees to be added to all reservations.
Cabin rates do not include the water taxi fare to reach us. We now operate our own taxi and will schedule your ride with you after booking. Guests must arrive for their reservation on our vessel.

$100 resort fee per guest (per day) visiting the property without sleeping accommodations
$175 (per night-per cabin) only one extra adult (16 years and Older)

We are A Dog Friendly Lodge, No Other Pets Please
$100 Pet Fee per dog, / Once / Per Accommodation / No Dogs in the Beach House.
Dogs must always be on leash during your stay. Guests are liable for any and all damages or injuries that they or a party member or pet cause or inflict during their stay on McDonald spit.
**Dog Owners please be aware there are many eagles near our lodge, small size dogs have the potential of becoming prey to eagles.
Payments and Cancellation Policy
- – 50% of your reservation’s total is charged at time of booking
- – 100% of your reservation’s total is due 90 days before check-in
- – deposits are NON-Refundable
- – if you are booking less than 90 days from check-in you will be charged your entire balance at time of reservation.
- – if you aren’t able check in for your reservation you are welcome to send another person in your place.
