Event Package

Our 3-night minimum event package includes accommodation for a group of up to 24 guests. All guests will have private access to two beaches, the sauna, two hot tubs, the fire pit area, kayaks, paddle boards, and the art gallery.

We can provide photographer, caterer, wedding planner, and florist recommendations.

3-night minimum

All events include a 1 time fee covering cleaning, firewood, and exclusive use of property grounds and amenities.

Event prices include full property booking price plus the 1 time fees listed below.

3-nights: $500

4-nights: $600

5-nights or more: $700

Weddings

Our property can accommodate up to 40 guests for the wedding day. We can provide accommodation recommendations in Seldovia for guests exceeding our 24 person overnight capacity. Those guests exceeding our 24 person capacity will have an additional fee of $100 for property use on the day of the event.
